End Time = Start Time + 12 hours + Break Duration
- The finish time is the start time plus 12 hours plus any unpaid break you add.
- Times use a 24-hour clock, so 08:00 plus a 12-hour shift and a 60-minute break ends at 21:00.
- If the total crosses midnight, the result wraps to the next day, e.g. a 20:00 start ends at 08:00.
- Paid breaks should be left out, because they count as part of the 12 hours you are on the clock.
- The shift length here is fixed at 12 hours; only the start time and break change the result.
